Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ole Grapevine Cigar & Tobacco Shop. This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order. Because we sell tobacco products, some special rules apply.

Age verification (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old to order from us. By placing an order you certify that you are 21 or older. We verify age at checkout and again at delivery. All shipments require an adult signature (21+) on delivery. The carrier will check a valid, government-issued photo ID and will not release the package to anyone who cannot show proof of age. Packages that cannot be delivered to a qualifying adult will be returned to us.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Because state and local laws on tobacco shipments vary, we are unable to ship to the following states or jurisdictions: [CONFIRM YOUR RESTRICTED STATES HERE]. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you and issue a refund for that item.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after the order and age verification are complete. Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on Sundays, or on holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and the method you select. We ship via standard carriers that support adult-signature delivery. Delivery time depends on the method chosen and your location; estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Weather and humidity holds

Cigars are sensitive to temperature and humidity. To protect your purchase, we may hold shipments or adjust packaging during periods of extreme heat or cold. We package cigars carefully and may include humidification to help maintain condition in transit, but we cannot control conditions once a package leaves our hands or sits in a hot or cold delivery area. We recommend bringing your cigars indoors promptly after delivery and storing them in a properly humidified environment.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package and see the estimated delivery date. Please make sure an adult 21 or older is available to receive and sign for the delivery.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue. For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. Carrier delays, weather, and incorrect or incomplete addresses are outside our control.

Incorrect address and undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. Packages returned to us because no qualifying adult was available, the address was undeliverable, or delivery was refused may be subject to return shipping costs before reshipment, or a refund less shipping and handling.

Local pickup
